Official Scoring Matrix

DIMENSION 01

Feasibility & Execution

Weight: 25% of Total Score
Score 1 • Minimal Level 1 of 5

No real plan for how this would work. Ideas are vague or impossible to attain; no sense of how the team would actually build or launch this.

Score 2 • Developing Level 2 of 5

Concept sketched out, but execution plan has major gaps or unrealistic assumptions. Any technical elements shown are broken, non-functional, or clearly not thought through.

Score 3 • Workable Level 3 of 5

A workable plan exists with most key steps identified. Technical elements (if included) function but feel rough or incomplete. Some real-world constraints (cost, regulation, scaling, users) are overlooked.

Score 4 • Strong Level 4 of 5

Clear, realistic execution plan covering most of what's needed to launch. Technical implementation is functional and reasonably polished. Team shows solid understanding of real-world constraints.

Score 5 • Benchmark Excellence Level 5 of 5

Detailed, credible plan that anticipates real-world obstacles (technical, operational, market). Technical implementation is functional, well-built, and clearly demonstrates capability. Reads like something that could be executed starting tomorrow.
